CI: Intelligence for Strategic Capture
Increase your win rate with comprehensive actionable intelligence to complement your capture process.
As competition for federal contracts is tighter than ever, companies must have keen and early insight that enables them to win. Ultimately, companies who win have an edge when it comes to knowledge about the federal customer, the acquisition strategy, and the competitive landscape.
As an independent, non-bidding entity, Capture Intelligence (CI) delivers unbiased insight and actionable intelligence into large-scale strategic federal programs. A non-exclusive subscription-based service, CI focuses on DoD and civilian programs valued at greater than $100 million with results delivered in a format and frequency that complements the business development lifecycle.
CI Summary:
- CI is a non-bidding Capture Team that:
- Gathers and analyzes information and insight that is not widely known or publicly available
- Delivers high value intelligence in an ethical, unbiased, and timely manner
- Provides key considerations for all of the opportunity aspects that can impact bidding and teaming decisions
- Informs our customers of the challenges, risks, and potential outcomes of a procurement
- CI is an ongoing service, not a static report. Each federal opportunity in the pipeline offers continuous actionable insight and intelligence until issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Our Pipeline:
- The CI capture process identifies and qualifies opportunities using the following criteria:
- Size: $100M+
- Scope: IT focused
- Type: DoD and civilian / single-award, transformational IDIQs, and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Relevance: Strategic importance of program
- Schedule: Typically 12-24 months in advance of RFP issuance
- Access: Key federal program officials and influencers
- Our report pipeline is continuously evolving as we qualify the opportunities. Our goal is to only cover opportunities on which we can provide valuable insight.
